The GLACIER FRESH Air Filter contains activated carbon, which may shift during transportation and cause thin charcoal on the outside of the item. This is normal and not the result of equipment damage. When shaking the air filter, the charcoal will hit the light bulb and it sounds like the device is broken, but this is perfectly normal and the unit is usually not damaged.

Recommended that the filter be replaced once every six months, in order to better apply with a clean drinking water and fresh air. If there is no water flow after installing the filter, please check the water line, ensure the filter is locked in place properly, check the water pressure, and try to tighten or unscrew the filter.
