Frigidaire WF3CB Puresource3 Refrigerator Water Filter, White

The Frigidaire PureSource 3TM ice and water filter system is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53 for the reduction of claims. Certified to reduce contaminants and keep great tasting water flowing for you and your family, this filter makes safe water second nature.

The filter is designed to remove up to 99% of contaminants, including chlorine taste and odor, particulates class I, cysts, lead, mercury, pesticides, insecticides, bpa, asbestos, and pharmaceuticals. With a push-to-lock and release mechanism, the filter is easy to install - simply slide the new filter into the housing and push until it locks into place. The PureSource 3 filter has a rated capacity of 200 gallons (757 liters) and features an indicator light. The WF3CB filter is 9 inches in length, not to be confused with the longer filter ultraWF. The operating temperature range is 33°F to 100°F (0.6°C to 38°C).

Tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, and 401, the PureSource 3 filter is designed to reduce a variety of contaminants, as detailed on the performance data sheet. With a volume of 0.37 Cu. Ft., the filter produces cleaner, better-tasting drinking and cooking water, including all dispensed drinking water and the water used to produce ice.

The Frigidaire PureSource 3 water filter (WF3CB) is compatible with specific Frigidaire side-by-side models manufactured after 2009, with the water filter located in the back, right top. To ensure the highest possible water quality, it is recommended to change the water filter every 6 months. The water filter is located at the top right side of the fresh food compartment.
